At the top of this page I now read "This has no current reported problems".
Presumably, if the 'engineers' are happy with what they have done, it is irrelevant what others may be experiencing.

yes theres something badly wrong .im in ,bbc has vanished has vanished and all bbc radio has gone as well

I've lost BBC, etc as well, on two different TVs. I've tried all the suggestions on here, nothing has worked. Wish they'd get this sorted out, getting v fed up with it now.

UK are saying there's nothing wrong with the , ditto BBC. Got no BBC or on both LG TVs, Rochdale OL11 postcode. Can't someone just take this seriously and admit responsibility and start to put it right ?

Mazbar, I've done about 6 factory resets and also tried the disconnecting the then to fully clear the and nothing works. This is for both TVs.

just with my tv on ...ie with with the hard drive and dvd player switched off...i get bbc tv and radio no probs ..as soon as i switch on the box the bbc stuff disapears...tried retuning my box but again theres no bbc detected ..so im stuck with the prob that i cant record any bbc stuff onto the hard drive as the box doesnt have any bbc channels..its a new box got it at xmas

Tom Linson: so far since the retune I have seen to over 70 tv's and not. One has had a problem if you carn't retune and get the results right call out an man and he will do it in 10 mins a pain yes a cost you didn't expect yes but sometimes you have to do things you don't want.

What an absolute mess switched on my LG tv today and found i have no 7,9 12, 80 an 82 theres nothing wrong with my or tv iam pondering whats going on because ive only lost these freeview channels since the retune on the 10/4/2013. Ive tried auto retune and manual retune on my tele but no joy can someone please me out.

Please post a question, answer or commentIf you have Freeview reception problems before posting a question your must first do this Freeview reset procedure then see: Freeview reception has changed, Single frequency interference, and Freeview intermittent interference.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
