Liverpool: BBC channels including radio, Dave, Pick etc have not been detected after a factory reset. This is not acceptable.

Chorley
C50 is unusable at my mum's place. C62 was borderline, with much breaking up a lot of the time. Her DVR was more acceptable, as it showed "previous picture" data rather than trash. C50 was omitted by the set from retune today, but gave 22 services on the 4th manual scan of the channel. There's a squawk of sound about every 8 seconds, but only trash onscreen. PVR took 15 attempts to get C50 mentioned, but nothing watchable anywhere in there.
Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

AndyA: An engineer.
If your mother lives in Chorley then maybe the signal is bordering on OTT or OTT. See:

All BBC had gone ("no signal"), so did the retune (as had been advised to do today by the on screen writing for weeks), but now i've lost "sky news", and "really". I use a freeview box. This is just not on! Why should we lose Sky News after a retune when it is available free to air on freeview!

I'm in Manchester city centre. No signal on 49 or 50 since the retune. Plug & play reset done on a Samsung Smart TV, tried a manual tune on those channels. Anyone else having this problem?
