Happy freview and retuner, you obviously like being messed about, the advert has been on for about 2 months and states that you just need to retune. Did this as soon as the notice apeared! Have retuned over 8 times now so i can actually watch some tv! Still on/ off! I have a life and expect a good service that i pay for! So stop telling me to chill and stand up for yourselves, it's people like you who accept being pushed around that lets these descision makers think they can just do what they want when they want! I am not happy to let them and I am allowed an opinion, so you have yours and I will have mine! And ditto!!!!!!

I do not have a Digi box just a digital TV it is 07;26 in the morning and I am looking at a screen with a little sign saying "NO SIGNAL" so what am I supposed to do??????????
If I have to purchase a new aerial I don't think that would be fair

Is Winter Hill still having issues? I've got 2 Muxs missing, several re-tunes later and still no joy!

The transmitted message about retuning specifically said re-tune on the 10th, not before. Doing it before the changes were made was a complete waste of time on your part.
If you haven't got a signal retune to get the channels back.

If re-tuning doesn't work then you probably need to take the option to delete all existing channels and retune, this may mean resetting your device to default or initial values.

Re-tuning didn't work for me after several attempts. How do I delete and re-set ?

square eyes: If your tuner has a channel delete option you will need to delete all the channels for Mux BBCA and Mux ArqA from the channel list, then manual tune to C49 and C50 if possible or scan for channels. Otherwise it will be necessary to carry out a "factory reset" or "return to shipping conditions" or "first time installation". This will delete all information stored, including returning any adjustments you may have made to default settings. Then re-tune.

I removed all muxs and channels from mine and seem to have all muxs back now, apart from MEN, but not sure I ever got that anyway.
Now half of my channels are coming through as "un-named" and getting random channel numbers.
Think I'm going to leave it till later, or even tomorrow, see if things settle down. At work currently, but going to try taking my signal booster off as well, guess it could be pushing the signal too high now
