There we go, fixed.

I was only clearing our the , where what i needed to do was delete the channels, the transports, then the input source.

Doing all that cleared the old info out of the database and forced it to get the new info.

Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.

I receive programmes from the . Having retuned my flat screen television is OK (although I had to retune 5 times to get the ) but my other television which is served by a freeview top box has lost BBC channels. Please could anybody emplain why this is and if I can do anything about it - the simpler the exlanation the better please.

Hi.

Performed re-tune to move to (MuxA) as planned on 30th March. All ok, but when searched for D3&4 on , no found.

Subsiquent re-tunes have not identified any channels on C31. Is this due to come on line on 13th April with the next re-tune, or is there just a delay in D3&4 appearing from (Above notes say D3&4 would appear towards the end of March this year, ie with the last re-tune).

Please post a question, answer or commentIf you have Freeview reception problems before posting a question your must first do this Freeview reset procedure then see: Freeview reception has changed, Single frequency interference, and Freeview intermittent interference.

If you have no satellite signal, see Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'

If you have other problems, please provide a full (not partial) postcode (or preferably enter it in box at the top right) and indicate where if aerial is on the roof, in the loft or elsewhere.
