Might be worth trying a cheap booster. They are not as good as masttop ones but sometimes do the trick.

Anyone else in Stoke having issues from the Wrekin transmitter today.
I have lost all bbc and ITV channels all day today, I use Windows Media Centre as my tv and checked all connections and rescanned channels.
Interestingly MCE picked up a new set of BBC channels last night on a new frequency 790 if i remember right.
My SamsungTV has lost them as well if I put the ariel into that.
My friend 2 doors down is having the same issues as me so I dont think it is my kit.
Any help would be great

Ok been doing some reading around and it seems to be related to the current high pressure which is causing Inversion
more info here What is the Inversion Effect and why does it effect my Freeview TV reception?

When I did my last scan I did get France 4 show up which was an eye opener. BBC weather shows it moving away tom so hopefully normality will resume.
I have resorted to using TVCatchup and watching live channels using broadband.
Hope that helps and I'm not barking up the wrong tree (ST74GY)

To all the above. It is atmospherics or the inversion effect that is the current cause of reception difficulties not the transmitters as such !
