How do the recent changes for the Olympics alter the future channels, if at all? Will we retain BBC 4 HD on channel 106 when the Olympics is over?

David Carter: As far as I can gather, although the EPG number will remain the same, the programme is being moved from its temporary slot on PSB3 and transferred over to COM8, which of course unfortunately means that viewers who receive their signal via Stockland Hill will be unable to receive BBC4 HD, as this station is not one offering extended COM7 / COM8 HD services.

Hi. When will the Talking Picture channel be available on the Stockland Hill transmitter?

jb386:00 PM
Roger: Unfortunately it wont, as Talking Pictures (81) is broadcast by one of the additional HD transmitters installed in some stations under the name of COM7, Stockland Hill, as well as a number of other stations, not being one of them allocated for this upgrade.
