I agree with Bon Eades about how annoying the digital switchover message is. Surely they can turn it off, now that most viewers must have read it.

In reply to Daniel, I live in Totton and have no trouble with the BBC channels on Freeview.

MC48: Of course they can turn it off, but they are not going to, this is what has been done in ALL regions.

CAn You advise please? The signals from Mux 'C' seem to be very week compared to the other Mux's as shown by my Hitachi Digibox. Levels 2 or 3 compared to level 9 or 10 for most of the mux's.

Is there something I can do about this? My antennae are years old, so not digital specific.

Hi
Is there a reason

SDN, ARQA, ARQB, com7, com7, com8, com8, com9, com9, BBCA, D3+4, BBCB

why com7,com8 and com9 are listed twice!

Thanks :)

jay: I think this is a result of Rowridge transmitting with both horizontal and vertical polarisation after switchover, this creates problems with data compilation. Such variations to the standard format have to be tweaked manually by Briantist. A line that is missing is SDN, ArqA, ArqB at 50kW applicable to Rowridge HP.
