I have had perfect reception on all Freeview channels for some time on all 4 freeview boxes (built in to 2 Panasonic Plasma TVs and 2 Panasonic video recorders).
Suddenly today I started to get poor reception on Channel 15 (film 4). I switched to other programs to check them and found that all of the Multiplex channel 50 programs were affected. The reception got so bad that I lost these channels altogether for some time and was getting "invalid DVB channel" when trying to get them.
I tried retuning several times on one of my TVs but it made no difference. Eventually I began to receive a picture on these channels again on all 4 of my boxes even though I had just been trying to reune one of them.
All other programs have remained perfect throughout though when checking signal quality and strength I find that all multiplex channel 50 programs are less than perfect.
When I check with Rosemarkie I find that there have been no issues there today and that the channel 50 multiplex signal from there is "above average". I'm finding that difficult to believe. Can you explain what was going on today?
