.several have reduced (12, 18, 27) which has happened in the last few weeks. Is this due to change soon. Many Thanks

Do you mean , and ?
Two different multiplexes are involved.
As you haven't given a full postcode we don't know what your predicted may be, whether or not your predicted would be or whether you are just somewhere around the Plympton area and may be receiving another (maybe main) transmitter.
Are your rods (or squashed Xs) vertical, and which way is it pointing?
Plympton isn't currently listed for Planned .
