I must also mention the signal is weak on many of the channels and average signal is 40% signal and 45% quality taken on Sony Bravia TV .

Rory: The Oxford transmitter is only 7km away and is predicted to provide a strong signal at your location (no other transmitters are predicted to give good reception). This would suggest that the weak signal is down to a fault somewhere in your aerial system. Start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV, then work your way back as far as you can safely access towards the aerial.
