We are on TalkTalk
All ok except we have lost BBC 1 and 2. BBC HD is ok

Tried retuning, everything!. Just got it back, but very poor and poor sound. Showing 26%

I guess it may be on needs adjusting???

Anne McGowan: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV and box? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see the predicted coverage at your location. Retuning when you suddenly loose is never a good idea as you are deleting all of your correctly tuned and searching for them again, which will never fix a weak signal.
