I have Sony Bravia with free view hd built in. Since on Wednesday all fine and it has found the HD channels. When I go to the HD channels however, they are all blocky and I can't see anything. My strength is 100% and is 100%. someone said my strength is too strong so bought an attenuators to reduce the strength but this not rectified the problem. I have retuned numerous times and also done a factory reset on my tv to no avail. Help please!!!

Things seem to have settled down ... we got all the no problem but same time each night the broke up when we were watching BBC1 or 2 on the TV but not when we watched through the DVD Freeview. Now even that seems to have eased.

Jim : I had three attenuators at one point so I had 52db of attenuation at one point which took the down to virtually nothing. I retuned when the signal strength was the lowest it could be but no joy. I think it could be a problem with the was free view have done their and they have the power too high.

Thanks ... also realised that the goes through the DVD/VCR combi to the TV ... and the darling cat had jostled the lead between them!!
Just shows it's not always digitals fault.
