Alastair Burr: You must do a "first time install" or do this My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice to restore your channels.

Brianist: Like Alastair, since Wednesday lunch time, I found that all BBC channels (except BBC4) are 'no signal', as are about another 10 channels -- on the digitial box that has been working well for 6 years. Must I really do a 'first time install' to make it work again? Is that different from retuning?
