I can get the channels on my Television set, but when I try to view through my recorder the message is WEAK SIGNAL, CHECK AERIAL CONNECTION over a blue background. My aerial connections are ok

After the changes on 19th July 2018 would it be possible to update your "Which Freeview channels does Heathfield transmitter broadcast". It still shows the old pre retune channels.
Thanks

I agree with Les, there was one day when I returned and received COM4 channels for a day. They have now disappeared, it is really disappointing that the work has effectively removed channels that were previously working. I'm at the outer reach of the reception area in BN443GF, but all other channels seem OK. I think we need an status update telling us why certain channels have been removed, and when they will be returned. At the moment it's difficult to know if this is a deliberate or a temporary fault.

PhilS: No channels have been removed from any transmitter. If you have lost channels recently it will be down to either the atmospheric conditions caused by the current hot weather, frequency changes taking place at various transmitters, or a fault in your aerial system somewhere.

I do understand that no channels have been removed, just moved around to free up 700MHz.

However all I was just asking is, can the stations per MUX, and the MUX UHF frequencies be updated. I have found this a very useful feature in the past.
