Following switch-over we have no BBC1 BBC2 BBC3 or BBC NEWS. Have tried reset procedure several times. Nothing else obviously missing.
Any ideas?

I was involved in a very, very junior capacity in the commissioning on site of the first high power TV transmitter at Sutton Coldfield in the late 1940s. It took us over a fortnight to get it even to stay on for more than a half a minute. The safety trips (for the safety of the transmitter, not us) were the biggest problem! Today's experience at Hannington is Rolls Royce compared with that.

All working here now but only after, in the case of one of my older tuners I unplugged the mains and aerial from it for 30 seconds, re-powered and retuned without the aerial plugged in and then retuned again with the aerial finally reconnected. May have been be a coincidence with when the service came back but worth a try, and worked for a pc tuner card as well.

Briantist: Providing the user with a menu for regions where multiple ones exists is a good idea.
Am I right in understanding that the Network name and Network ID (is that what it's called; the four-digit hexadecimal number) is the same on all relays? If so, this means that this menu of Networks will alleviate issues where another Network is being picked up (where they overlap) but will not help in instances where one can receive a relay and its parent.
