re: Dave Lindsay: if Tony or anyone else in Findon currently using the Findon Relay, is able to get good strong reception of the PSB muxes from Findon Relay with a standard 10-element aerial, up against marginal / borderline reception (works most of the time with the fairly occasional drop outs) of all 6 muxes from Rowridge VP with an extra high gain aerial, how about this? Put up an extra high gain aerial VP towards Rowridge for the COM muxes, and keep the existing standard aerial on Findon for superior reception of its PSB muxes? Surely you could combine the two together with a signal standard Y-shape signal splitter-combiner. Or the little masthead box I've seen some people with two aerials have - exactly what are they and how do they work?

I live in Worthing town centre, have just bought a new Samsung TV with on board Freeview HD receiver, but cannot receive any freeview HD channels.
Is this likely to be a problem with my aerial?

Patrick: Not likely.
Try manually tuning to UHF channel 47. If there is an option on the manual tuning screen for DVB-T or DVB-T2, then select the latter.

Since this afternoon of 15 Feb I have had no Freeview at all.
I live in East preston, West Sussex Post code BN16 ***
My signal comes from either Findon or Brighton - not sure but signal defo comes from the East and not the Isle of Wight - lots of people get the signal from either direction in this location.
Is it just me or is Freeview "down" in this are at the moment.????

Just been to in-laws to find they have the four main channels plus HD channels. No Channel 5, ITV2, More4, E4, ITV1+1, 4+1, BBC3, BBC4.
They point at Findon which even though a relay transmitter the digitaluk.co.uk suggests these channels should be received.
Any suggestions what the issue is here?

Solution was factory reset. Picked the channels up immediately. Not sure why a retune didn't.
