I'm contacting you on behalf of residents in Old Town Eastbourne regarding loss of signal over the past week. Even though the messages from transmission people say there is a good signal.. I'm telling you it's unwatchable. PLEASE CAN SOMETHING BE DONE TO CORRECT THIS.

If you have the same problem being reported by lots of people in the same area you should contact the Radio & Television Investigation Service (see link below) who should be able to investigate to find the cause of the problem.
