Matthew Pigg: if you know the model number, have a look at motorstv.com/freeview and see if it's mentioned on there. If you can see the data channels and it is connected to the internet, then 30s later ch 240 should come on.

I have aerial in loft and has been ok up till now but now channel 55 keeps disappearing or signal hopeless. have retuned manually and auto but no improvement. Can you help?
