Hi last couple of weeks the power on my signal in a morning has dropped to zero, and consequently there's no picture but it regains strength in an evening. Is there some issues with Brierley Hill transmitter?

Hi,
I live in Stourbridge and use Brierley Hill transmitter, at the moment everything seems fine to me, picture was ok this morning.
Did have a problem a few weeks ago when the picture was pixelating but that seems to have been cured now.
Haven't seen mentioned any engineering works being carried out.

Stuart Harris:
It is possible that you may have an aerial problem. It would be a good idea to check all your aerial cables and connections. Unplug and refit all the coaxial plugs/sockets. That will clear any oxidation from the contact surfaces which is a common cause of the problems you have had.

Problem on channels 3, 4, 5, plus E4 etc from Brierley Hill transmitter. Found HD channels working ok. Standard channels were pixelating. Went ok at nine oclock, so must have been transmitter problem. Been like this on and off for a number of weeks. Today was the worst. Suspect 5G works an issue

There are no 5G works that will be causing an issue. The 700Mhz frequencies haven't even been auctioned yet!
Brierley Hill is currently listed for Planned Engineering with "Possible weak signal". Not all multiplexes will necessarily be affected and not necessarily all at the same time.
