David Mullett: Check that you are
a) Tuned to the correct transmitter - my HD box flipped over to another transmitter after the required retune, although it later corrected itself, and other people reported similar problems.
Obviously if your equipment has locked onto a transmitter much further away, then the HD channels might be the first to go.
b) check your system - if your losing the same mux from 3 different boxes, that sounds like a common cause - and dodgy aerial lead would be a reasonable guess. If your signal strength is low, then thats a good indicator.

Since the August 3rd update all of the HD channels (BBC-B?) have disappeared from my Youview box, my Panasonic recorder and my Panasonic tv. I am on the Brierley Hill transmitter in the West Midlands. I have retuned all of the equipment several times without success.
I popped into a local tv shop who are on the same transmitter but at a different angle to me and they said they are still receiving the channels. Any Ideas?

David Mullett:
The tv and youview box are on two different aerial cables in the house although they go back to the same aerial and the problem only happened after the august 3rd retune date.
