Martin Lewis:
It depends exactly where you are in the ME10 area. Some parts have predicted Variable reception. However the BBC aren't reporting any transmitter problems for any of the HD multiplexes.
Are your neighbours have the same problems, is it the BBCB/PSB3 HD multiplex that is the problem?
If your neighbours have the same issue, try (all of you) reporting it to Freeview on 0808-100-0288 try option 3.
But also try BBC Engineering on 03709 016 789 or 0370-010-0123 (office hours otherwise you get a general helpline).

Ken Newman:
If all of you are not reporting it to the BBC on 03700-100-123 thne I can't say I'm surprised that there's no reported transmitter problem! Report it to the BBC first, you can try Freeview after as well, but I've often found they haven't much of a clue.
