new digital television and Aerial installed early part of this year, Although we are in Essex we were advised to get our signal from Bluebell hill owing to large tree. All was fine untill recently but know can only receive channels 1-2 other cnannels come up has No digital signal. Will this sevice continue until 2012 when Bluebell hill comes up too full power.

The people I feel sorry for are the ones who not really technologically literate.
How many will think their Freeview box is on the blink and buy a new one?
This problem should have been better advertised.
I bet some are still buying a Freeview box for the first time as well assuming they will be able to get all the channels.

Brian: i can see u do the best you can and it must be difficult not to take peoples frustrated comments personally,. (and please dont take it that way) but as you can imagine its very frustrating for us all who can not watch all of our TV channels like we always have been able to watch over the last few years on freeview for some reason.
now for a constructive question if i may..
..... I am in CT5 3HW in Whitstable, so if i understand correctly i have a choice of Bluebell hill or Dover transmitter for my ariel to be pointed towards...,
...but what if i install two ariels and join both signals?
.... so one that i have now already pointed to bluebell hill and so if i then install a new ariel pointed at Dover, can i then get the installer to join those two ariel signals to make one good reception? as by looking at the map on this site of those transmitters the signals cross each other right over whitstable?
...so maybe i would get a great reception from the signal from two ariels combined one pointing bluebell hill the other dover?
or is that wishful thing?, thanks in advance for any insight Brian,
Regards
Gazza
