By Channel 48, I assume you mean LCN48 the Sony Channel. Sony renamed a lot of their channels and moved a few to Local multiplexes back in the summer, see Channel listings | Freeview for which channels are on which multiplexes. Are you not getting any of the channels on the Local multiplex?
I guess there's the possibility that since the Local multiplex at Bilsdale moved to UHF30 from UHF24 you may not be getting it even though the power increased from 5 to 7kW as a result of more interference on that channel due to changes elsewhere. It is a lower power than the other multiplexes.
Alternatively you may need to do a retune as follows, unplug the aerial and do a full automatic retune, which should clear all previous tuning as no channels will be found. Plug the aerial back in and do a manual tune on the UHF channels listed at the top of this page except not C31&37 for COMs7&8, they are on C55&56. If you can't do a manual retune then do an automatic one.

I'm having problems finding channel info about TBN (channel 65) on Freeview. I receive it fine from Bilsdale but I cannot find it from Pontop Pike for one of my clients, almost certainly because of poor reception.
The trouble is, your very useful frequency guides don't show it as being broadcast at all? Do you have any idea which mux it belongs to, on either transmitter.?
