I'm using a panasonic freeview + HD box (panasonic have confirmed that this should receive HD) and still can't see any HD channels . There's a full strength signal present on ch 60 but no HD programmes found (all other freeview programmes are fine). I also have a dvb T2 card in the pc and it can't find them either.

Just retuned for the umpteenth time and low & behold they have appeared. Thanks for your help . I just needed to be a bit more patient I suppose!

andy walker: I'm receiving all channels off Malvern without any problems - check that you haven't got a sky box or VCR with an RF output tuned to channel 59 (simplest way is to switch them off).

I'm glad BBC do transmit from Malvern - in my location (a few miles south of Worcester) my BBC DAB is good but Digital One is variable - especially in the car!

I have also got problems with Com7 & Com8 following the change of channels from Ridge Hill to 55 & 56. My Sony TV refuses to show any signal at all whilst my Panasonic Freeview HD recorder shows perfect signal strength & quality as does the Samsung TV in the kitchen. Since my postcode is WR8 9JJ my main TX is Malvern and I use a seperate aerial & amplifier for Ridge Hill through a diplexer (rewired to reflect the frequency changes). Prior to the channel changes I had a perfect signal on Com7 & Com8.
I was beginning to pull my hair out in trying to understand why some TVs can't pick up the signals whilst others can - I'm relieved to find I'm not alone!

Com7 com8 on channels 55 and 56 seem to be ok now. I retuned yesterday and picked up bbc 4 hd,, bbc news hd, ch4+1 hd and 4/7 hd without any problems. Suggest anyone who had issues after the channel changes tries a retune now.

Can anyone advise if the Malvern transmitter is actually transmitting HD channels on ch 60 - neither of my my freeview HD boxes are not picking any up (they have been retuned since DSO last night).
