Dorothy Lodwick: 301 is the BBC's Red Button 'interactive' stream. See BBC - BBC Internet Blog for the list of what's on.

Usually, when you're watching a BBC main channel and there's a related stream on 301, the 'Press Red' popup will appear in the top-right corner of the screen. (RG47SH)

Says its showing Scrum V Cardiff v Dragons, which I was looking forward to watching. Instead we are getting snooker, which is identical to what is being shown on BBC 2 and isn't even at a particularly exciting stage. No indication of why no Scrum V. Really cross.

we've been using of Humax Freesat box to record BBc case history but we find that when we watch what we've recorded, the Audio description is on - even though we made sure that on our Freesat Box the AD is off. Can anyone explain how we could switch AD off for good?

joan guyll: In the main "MENU" select "Settings"
and then "Language" in here you can disable "Audio Description" once "Enabled" exit the MENU

on the remote find the key below "OPT+" has a "Speaker" and "?" on same button press and toggle between the two audio settings "Audio Description" OR "English" this can be done on "Play back" as well as "Live"
