To deal with the problem you must clear the channel list completely and then rescan - if your box has it in the menus, please the 'installation menu' to do an initial scan or a reset to factory settings or First Time Installation. You MUST delete the entire existing list of channels. On most boxes this technique can be also be used:

Try this:

1) unplug your Freeview box (or idTV) from the mains;

2) unplug the aerial from the Freeview box by disconnecting the cable from the 'RF in' socket;

3) wait 30 seconds;

4) plug Freeview box (or idTV) mains back in;

5) do a complete scan for channels - it will fail without the aerial. (This may be in the installation or initialization menu, and is distinct from any 'add channels option'). Once this is done your channel line up should be empty;

6) reinsert aerial by reconnecting to the 'RF in' connection;

7) do a complete scan for channels again.

The Freeview channel line-up provided by six "multiplexes" - each of which carry five or more TV channels, radio channels, text services and EPG data. In this diagram each ROW represents a multiplex. If you are still missing a whole multiplex (ie everything on the row) you may need to replace your aerial with a wideband type, purchase a larger aerial or you may have interference from a VCR, games console, Sky Digibox or similar.

There could have been some sort of temporary fault, I can't find anything that's showing specific problems. Together TV is carried on the COM7 HD multiplex on UHF C55, are you missing any other channels from that multiplex?
See for which channels are on which multiplex.

If the problem continues you might be best contacting Together TV .
Please note though that the temporary COM7 multiplex is due to close at the end of June when the licence expires and OFCOM have said it won't be extended. Together TV now have a streaming service as detailed on their social media accounts eg.

I have a you view by box and I have problems recently with the HD channels cutting out. The issue is this happens randomly on all channels, yet you can revisit on another part of the day and they are fine. This is frustrating as you can't record from the hd channel as you can't trust the signal will give you a clean record. It seems like the transmitter is varying power at different times of day. Any ideas? Thanks Mark.

Mark Carter: Transmitters don't vary their power output unless there is either a fault or temporarily whilst engineering work is taking place. If the problem is happening at the same times each day then a likely cause is electrical interference from something nearby, probably either something containing an electric motor or poorly screened LED lighting is also a common cause. It's also worth checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV and YouView box, which could be making the problem worse.

And if you provided a full postcode and which transmitter you receive (if you know) we could tell you if it's currently listed with any faults or has Planned Engineering.
